What made you decide to open a float studio?

Our wellness center (float studio) was conceived during a dinner conversation in 2017.   Having spent over a decade cultivating and implementing techniques and strategies for a peaceful mind and home, we decided to bring that to our community.

You opened as a float studio in 2019, however, you have expanded since then, correct?

Yes, our original studio was a float studio but we felt there was an opportunity for a greater impact.  We began increasing our offerings to clients so they could go from surviving to thriving.  Since our initial opening we have added; MLS Laser Therapy (Pain Therapy), Infrared Sauna, Massage Therapy, Sound Healing, Pelvic Floor Therapy (BTL Emsella Sessions), Vibration Therapy, and Thermotherapy.

That is a very impressive list.  What criteria do they have to meet to become part of your studio’s services?

There are four main characteristics they must all have in order to become part of our studio. The first is there must be no down time needed after you participate in our service.  You should be able to walk out the door feeling better than when you came in.

Second, there should be no interventions.  What that means is there should be nothing invasive to the body, such as a needle for giving a shot.

Third, every service we offer has been thoroughly researched and has substantial evidence backing it’s claims.  In layman’s terms, it is proven to do what it is supposed to do.

Fourth and my favorite characteristic, I had to have tried it and loved it.  As a mother and wellness professional I am always on the lookout for anything that will help ease the stress in others lives.

Final question, what is the greatest strength of your wellness studio / center?

Our strength is in forming a partnership of mutual respect and understanding with all who enter our doors for the betterment of their wellness. I made the decision to be a studio and not a spa specifically for the benefit of wellness.  In a studio or center the focus is on the choice of self care.

Be still and be well.
