Our wellness center was born during a dinner conversation in 2017. I was an unintentional stay-at-home mom looking to start a new business. I spent over a decade cultivating and implementing a peaceful and mindful home. Why not take it to the next level and do the same for my community? Since that fateful dinner conversation, I have been researching, planning, and cultivating a remarkable experience for the Jacksonville community.

I’m a self taught (and forever learning) herbalist, a certified yoga practitioner, and a lover of all things naturally healing. When I’m not running around the studio, I’m hangin out with my dog, listening to music or my newest audiobook obsession, sending hundreds of cute reels to my wife, and building my small batch apothecary ‘Herbothic’.

I am wife to my loving husband, and mom to our beautiful son. When I’m not here at the spa, I enjoy reading, having glass (or two) of wine with girlfriends, and watching British Bake-off! I also recently pursued a passion of mine and started a micro bakery with my husband, affectionately named, Sonflour.
