About Our Infrared Sauna

Our spacious, full spectrum sauna is the Sunlighten mPulse Empower. It is the gold standard in the industry because of its patented 3-1 full spectrum infrared heaters and has low EMFs. Our sauna emits less EMFs than the standard household hair dryer. It can hold up to 5 people but we only have sessions for a single person or if you would like, you may bring a friend.

Our IR sauna comes with Wellness Programs pre-programmed for your convenience. Each program is focused on different benefits of use in their configuration:
